Product Overview
PA1574 tests the continuity of 8-way (RJ45) data and network and 6-way (RJ11) telephone patch cords and installed cable runs. It maps the cable, line by line and identifies good connections, opens, shorts and crosses. Includes patch cords, 9V battery and carrying pouch.
- Maps connector and cable pin out
- Tests cables up to 1,650ft or 500m
- Identifies cross-over telephone connections
- Automatically scans when cable is connected and unit turned is on
- Includes two selectable scan speeds: normal and slow
- Includes a pair of RJ45 patch cords and one 9V battery
- Contained in a durable nylon carrying case with belt loop
- Can be slid together with the remote reversible for RJ45 or RJ11/12 testing
- Can also test RJ11 and RJ12 patch cables and connections
