Product Overview
BIM-PST-AP6X-V1131/KLP80 is a magnetic field sensor with KLP80. It is activated by magnetic fields and is especially suited for piston position detection in pneumatic cylinders. Based on the fact that magnetic fields can permeate non-magnetizable metals, it is possible to detect a permanent magnet attached to the piston through the aluminium wall of the cylinder.
- ≤ 10m/s pass speed, ≤ 0.1mm temperature drift
- ≤ 1mm hysteresis, operating voltage range from 10 to 30VDC
- ≤ 200mA DC rated operational current, 15mA no load current
- ≤ 0.1mA residual current, ≤ 0.5kV isolation test voltage
- 3-wire, NO contact, PNP output function, 1KHz switching frequency
- Rectangular, PST design, dimension is 23 x 14 x 16mm
- Plastic, PA12-GF30 housing material, IP67 protection class
- 55Hz (1mm) vibration resistance, 30g (11ms) shock resistance
- Connector, M8 × 1 electrical connection
- Operating ambient temperature range from -25°C to +70°C
