NTCS0402E3214SMT is a SMD NTC thermistor with enhanced stability. All applications that require the utmost stability in time (medical application, heat counting, billing meters).
- Monolithic SMD with nickel barrier and pure tin
- Enhanced stability throughout lifetime (max variation of initial R25°C ±0.5% after 10Kh at any temp)
- Ideal for wave and reflow soldering
- 100Kohm to 210Kohm resistance value at 25 °C
- 1% tolerance on R25-value, 3590K B25/85-value
- Tolerance on B25/85-value is ±1%, 70mW (0402) maximum power dissipation (by case)
- 4s (0402) Response time (63.2%) 25°C to 85°C still air (for info by case)
- 2mW/K (0402) dissipation factor δ in still air (for each case)
- Operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
