Product Overview
The SiP32461 slew rate controlled integrated high side load switches that operate over the input voltage range from 1.2 V to 5.5 V. It features slew rate control, reverse blocking when switch is off, output discharge, and control logic pulldown. It is logic high enabled.
- Low Ron, 54mohm/typical at 3V
- Compatible with 1.2V to 3.3V logic
- Integrated pulldown resistor at “EN”
- Integrated output discharge switch
